No.1 Marinated scampi on a strawberry bed

Shuck scampi removing the gut and fillet the orange. Marinate the scampi's tail in a steel bowl with orange juice and evo oil for almost 30 mins. Add salt and pepper just enough. Slice the strawberries thinly with a small knife and serve as in the picture.
